AI Principal Engineer - Clinical Data Analytics

Role: AI Principal Engineer - Clinical Data Analytics, leading data engineering and AI capabilities in biopharma development. Responsibilities: develop production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, oversee model deployment and lifecycle, collaborate with business leaders to prioritize impactful AI use cases, establish best practices for model governance and prompt engineering, and design scalable data architectures including data lakes and pipelines. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 9-11+ years of experience; advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, Delta Lake, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and BI tools; experience in clinical data domains, GxP environments, and AI model lifecycle management. Preferred: extensive industry knowledge in pharmaceutical/clinical research, strong leadership in data governance, and experience with enterprise data management tools.
