About The Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and support scalable AI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases, with a primary focus on LLM-based solutions.
Your Contributions
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and applications using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT/OpenAI)
- Build agent-based systems, orchestration layers, and prompt frameworks
- Develop APIs/services to integrate AI into enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, internal tools, data platforms)
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using enterprise data
- Contribute to modular, reusable, scalable solution development and AI system architecture (model selection, routing, orchestration)
- Support integration of AI into enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborate with security/data teams to enforce data boundaries, access controls, and compliance requirements
- Maintain enterprise prompt libraries and optimize prompts/agent flows for accuracy, consistency, and cost efficiency
- Design and execute evaluation frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Evals, DeepEval) and automated testing pipelines
- Monitor/improve model performance in production
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and translate AI use cases into technical solutions
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field
- 2+ years software engineering or AI/ML engineering (or 6+ years equivalent)
- Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications
- Python (required); JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred)
- OpenAI APIs; LangChain/LangGraph; Flowise (or similar); FastAPI/Node.js; React (nice to have)
- Pandas, NumPy, basic ML concepts; RAG pipelines and vector databases
- Git/GitHub; API design/integration; Docker (preferred)
- Experience with AI agents/chatflows/automation
- Familiarity with evaluation/testing; prompt engineering/LLM behavior; enterprise AI integration
- Exposure to ServiceNow/ITSM; data pipelines/knowledge management; AI governance/security/compliance; Agile/Scrum
- Strong problem-solving/systems thinking; ability to translate business problems into technical solutions; effective stakeholder communication
