Role: Lead AI and Data Standards & Enablement within Bausch + Lomb's Global Digital and AI organization, focusing on scaling responsible AI and data governance initiatives. Responsibilities: define and operationalize enterprise AI policies, oversee AI use-case risk assessment and approval workflows, establish data governance frameworks, promote data quality and metadata management, develop practical tools and training, execute change management programs, and monitor governance KPIs through dashboards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field; 4+ years in AI/data governance, data quality, or digital transformation; experience with governance frameworks, data stewardship, and AI principles like transparency and fairness. Specialized skills: familiarity with AI governance platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Collibra), data cataloging, and metrics development. Preferred: advanced degree, experience with ML/AI/LLMs, regulated industries like pharma or healthcare, and relevant certifications. High-value specifics: focus on enterprise AI governance, responsible AI principles, and supporting AI/ML/LLMs use cases in life sciences or healthcare contexts. Collaboration with Data, IT, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance teams; reports to Head of Enterprise Data Products. Location: U.S.-based, remote/hybrid; salary range $125K-$155K.
