AI Data Science Lead – PDM & Tech Ops (Gilead & Kite)

Role: AI Data Science Lead in PDM & Tech Ops to accelerate biopharma development using AI/ML, focusing on process discovery, solution design, and master data management. Responsibilities: develop AI strategies, lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions, serve as SME for PDM and Tech Ops workflows, support Master Data Management needs, and ensure solutions meet GxP and regulatory standards. Manage portfolio tracking, metrics, and mentor junior data scientists. Requirements: Bachelor’s or higher in statistics, data science, or computer science with 5+ years of relevant experience; expertise in prompt engineering, LLM testing, or AI experimentation; systems thinking, process design, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with PDM/Tech Ops processes, ERP, manufacturing systems, and GxP regulations preferred.
