Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and communicating AI/data science product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation/scoping to delivery and iteration; break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Lead cross-functional teams (data scientists, computational scientists, engineers, MLOps) to develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
- Serve as primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders; translate analytics results for broader audiences.
- Define requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
- Implement agile methods to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data products (e.g., common data models to production-ready models).
- Oversee use of large-scale biomedical datasets (EHRs, clinical trial data, real-world evidence) and adoption of a leading-edge tech stack.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in a quantitative/technical field (or significant technical/digital experience), preferably advanced.
- 8+ years technical product management experience in an agile environment; launched production-level code and data-driven products.
- Strong DS/ML fluency (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, MLOps); able to discuss approaches with engineers/scientists.
- Healthcare/biomedical data experience (e.g., EHRs, clinical trial data).
- Strong leadership and written/verbal communication; data storytelling.

Preferred Skills:
- Python/R; JIRA/Confluence.
- Databricks/SageMaker; TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Tableau/Plotly/Streamlit.
- Pharmaceutical/digital development experience; clinical research process knowledge.
