AI and Data Platform Lead

Role: Lead the design, development, deployment, and management of enterprise AI and data platforms supporting Johnson & Johnson's Transcend program, focusing on AI-enabled applications and integrated data solutions. Responsibilities: oversee architecture, requirements analysis, solution design, software development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance; lead cross-functional teams managing SAP BDC, SAP Joule, and related platforms; ensure AI practices align with data maturity, privacy, security, and regulatory standards; establish governance frameworks across technology portfolios; mentor engineering and data teams, manage budgets, and drive AI literacy initiatives.
