Role Summary
The AI Adoption Lead is part of the Network and Computing Services team, based in Teaneck, NJ β Remote. Weβre hiring to champion enterprise-wide understanding, adoption, and responsible use of AI. Youβll lead Copilot training, build a champions network, manage external partners, and share best practices across internal and external audiences to embed AI fluency and excitement throughout Phibro.
Responsibilities
- Lead Copilot enablement: Deliver training programs that empower teams to use Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively.
- Build the champions program: Recruit, train, and support internal AI champions to scale literacy and adoption.
- Drive cultural change: Create engaging content, demos, and workshops that demystify AI and foster a learning mindset.
- Share best practices: Curate and communicate AI success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across Phibro and with external partners.
- Manage external suppliers: Source and oversee vendors for training, tooling, and enablement services.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance to align AI literacy efforts with strategic goals.
- Measure impact: Track adoption, engagement, and capability growth across teams.
Qualifications
- Required: Strong understanding of AI tools, preferably Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem.
- Required: Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Required: Experience in learning & development, change management, or digital transformation.
- Required: Comfort working with external vendors and managing budgets.
- Required: Concise writing and clear storytelling for business partners. Fluent in English.
- Preferred: Passion for AI and staying current on trends, tools, and opportunities to inspire others.
- Preferred: Prior corporate/enterprise experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem.
- Preferred: Background in community building and/or internal and social platform communications.
