Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects driving the people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee experience process/system improvements, and change management.
- Collaborate across the People operating model for effective deployment of People strategies and activities.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs; be deployed to critical priorities and projects as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (People colleagues, business leaders, employees, external partners).
- Use People analytics and insights to inform decision-making, measure impact of interventions, and continuously improve People processes and practices.
- Proactively identify issues, risks, and trends; develop proactive solutions and strategies before escalation.
- Lead efforts to create a respectful, inclusive work environment; role-model company values and foster geographical and cultural diversity.
- Drive outcomes through continuous improvement; encourage feedback, innovation, and learning to enhance processes, policies, and practices.
Qualifications & Experience / Required & Preferred:
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant People/HR experience or relevant business/strategic consulting.
- Strategy & business acumen; systems thinking to diagnose problems and enable solutions.
- Data/People analytics experience; proficiency in Excel and Tableau (or similar data analysis/visualization tools).
- Consulting/organizational partnering skills to influence the business.
- Prior success in fast-paced, adaptable, flexible environments; able to work independently and deliver results.
- Strong communication (storytelling and interpersonal skills) with stakeholders at all levels.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; mindset for process improvement.
- Action-oriented; sense of urgency and high-quality, on-time ownership.
- Program management skills; delivering results through speed, innovation, and simplification of complex processes; managing multiple priorities.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Princeton, NJ (US): $166,010โ$201,159 (full-time FTE). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
