Role Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager in San Antonio South. Leads sales efforts in the assigned territory, acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio, and driving brand adoption while exceeding sales objectives. Delivers product insights, strategic pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity, articulating the value proposition
- Complete administrative duties promptly (expense reports, sales tracking, documentation)
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and adoption
- Ensure personal and company compliance with policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc project requests and other duties as assigned
- Field-based role in San Antonio South and surrounding area; must reside in territory; no relocation
- Travel up to 50–75% for in-person visits, territory coverage, regional meetings, and occasional national events
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Required: Valid driver's license
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technically adept with the ability to adopt new applications
- Required: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time
Preferred
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the injectable aesthetics market or related fields; experience with medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or cash-pay healthcare
- Ability to build and grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term relationships
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; adaptability and initiative
- Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholders (physicians, office managers, staff)
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
