Aesthetic Experience Manager โ San Antonio North

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products in an assigned territory via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the brand professionally and understand the value proposition.
- Complete administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports, sales tracking, documentation).
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct in-person/virtual account meetings to support satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell.
- Manage territory and sample budgets within corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities with customers.
- Perform ad-hoc/other assigned duties.
- Field-based role: San Antonio North area; must live in territory. Travel 50โ75%.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driverโs license.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal/teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Technically savvy; willing to learn new applications.
Preferred / Role-Specific
- Preferred AEM: 5+ years injectable aesthetics sales (or comparable cash-pay healthcare verticals); consultative/relationship-based sales success; proven territory growth and long-term relationship management; comfort with clinical education and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Senior AEM: Above AEM + 3+ years field injectables experience; sales growth and key customer development; strong facial aesthetics/injectables/competitive knowledge; strategic/negotiation skills; lead/mentor in territory.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Base pay: $100,000 (AEM) or $120,000 (Senior AEM); sales incentive eligibility.
