Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the value proposition.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (expense reports, sales tracking, and required documentation).
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual customer meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage territory and sample budgets in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with Federal, state, local, and company policies/procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc project requests and other duties as assigned.
- Field-based role in Richmond and surrounding area; must live in the territory (no relocation assistance).
- Up to 50โ€“75% travel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically savvy; willing to embrace new applications.
- Ability/willingness to travel up to 50โ€“75%.

Preferred:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics (or comparable sales to medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or other cash-pay healthcare verticals).
- Consultative/relationship-based sales success; strong aptitude and passion for aesthetics (encouraged if less experience).
- Proven ability to build/grow a territory and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Comfort providing clinical education and engaging multiple stakeholder types.

Senior AEM (external candidates):
- Above AEM criteria plus 3+ years of field experience selling injectables in the aesthetics space.
- Proven success driving sales growth and developing key relationships.
- Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectable products, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong strategic and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to lead within a territory and mentor peers as needed.
