Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products in an assigned territory via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and understanding of the value proposition.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (expense reports, sales tracking, and required documentation).
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage territory and sample budgets in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with customers to plan/execute promotional activities.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies.
- Perform ad-hoc project requests/additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Technically savvy; willing to learn new applications.
- Willingness/ability to travel 50–75%.

Preferred:
- 5+ years successful injectable aesthetics sales (or comparable cash-pay healthcare sales: medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists).
- Track record of high performance in consultative/relationship-based sales.
- Ability to build/grow territory and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Comfort with clinical education and promotions with multiple stakeholder types.

Senior AEM (external):
- Minimum 3 years field experience selling injectables in aesthetics.
- Proven sales growth and key relationship development.
- Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics/injectables/competitive dynamics.
- Strategic/negotiation skills to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to lead within territory and mentor peers.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Exempt role; base pay range: $100,000 (AEM) or $120,000 (Senior AEM); eligible for sales incentive (terms apply).
