Essential duties and responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales in an assigned territory via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the brand professionally with integrity and knowledge of the value proposition.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (expense reports, sales tracking, and required documentation).
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings; identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, state, local, and company policies/procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc projects/additional duties as assigned.
- Field-based position in Long Island West and surrounding area; no relocation assistance.

Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Technically savvy; willing to learn new applications.
- Travel 50–75%.

Preferred AEM qualifications
- 5+ years injectables aesthetics sales (or selling to medical spas/plastic surgeons/dermatologists/cash-pay healthcare); or less experience with strong sales aptitude and track record.
- Proven territory building and long-term relationship management.
- Experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
- Comfort with clinical education and promotions; engage multiple stakeholders.

Senior AEM requirements (external)
- Plus: minimum 3 years field injectables aesthetics sales.
- Proven sales growth and key account development.
- Deep facial aesthetics/injectables/competitive knowledge.
- Strategic negotiation skills; influence decision-makers.
- Ability to lead in territory and mentor peers.
