Role Summary

The Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) or Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager leads Evolus field sales in the Kansas City region, acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties. You will promote the Evolus aesthetics portfolio, lead territory sales efforts, cultivate relationships, identify new opportunities, and consistently exceed sales objectives. You’ll deliver product insights, pricing strategies, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the customer journey. This is a field-based role located in the Kansas City area, with travel to support field activities.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of our innovative aesthetic products within an assigned territory through execution of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of our value proposition
  • Accurately and promptly complete all administrative responsibilities, including expense reports, sales tracking, and other required documentation
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster strong, long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Effectively manage territory and sample budgets, ensuring all spending aligns with corporate guidelines and expectations
  • Stay current on all relevant clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a reliable resource for customers
  • Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, state, local and company policies & procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties when assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Senior AEM Requirements: Above AEM criteria; minimum of 3 years of field experience selling injectables in the aesthetics space; proven success in driving sales growth and developing key customer relationships; deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectable products, and competitive dynamics; strong strategic and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers; demonstrated ability to lead within a territory and mentor peers as needed
  • Required: Valid driver’s license
  • Required: Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Required: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Required: Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Required: Technically savvy with the ability and desire to embrace new and necessary applications
  • Required: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time, including regular in-person visits with customer accounts, territory coverage, regional meetings, and occasional national sales events or trainings
