Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager โ Sales (field-based)
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and deep understanding of the value proposition
- Complete administrative responsibilities (expense reports, sales tracking, and required documentation)
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends
- Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and adoption
- Ensure personal and company compliance with Federal, state, local, and company policies/procedures
- Perform ad-hoc projects/additional duties as assigned
Field & travel requirements:
- Field-based in Hawaii and surrounding area; must live in territory; no relocation assistance
- Up to 50โ75% travel
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driverโs license
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy; desire to learn new applications
- Willingness/ability to travel up to 50โ75%
Preferred:
- 5+ yearsโ successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics (or comparable experience selling to medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or other cash-pay healthcare verticals)
- Strong aptitude for consultative/relationship-based sales; passion for aesthetics
- Proven ability to build/grow a territory and manage long-term customer relationships
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Comfort with clinical education and engaging multiple stakeholder types (e.g., physicians, office managers, staff)
Senior AEM (external candidates):
- Above AEM criteria
- Minimum 3 years of field experience selling injectables in the aesthetics space
- Proven success driving sales growth and developing key customer relationships
- Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectable products, and competitive dynamics
- Strong strategic/negotiation skills to influence decision-makers
- Ability to lead within a territory and mentor peers
