Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager to join our field sales team, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio and acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties. This is a field-based role in Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities for brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical aesthetics, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to build/grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term relationships.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and with multiple stakeholder types.
