Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager to join a high-performing field sales team, acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio with expertise and enthusiasm. Lead sales efforts in the territory, cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and exceed sales objectives. Deliver product insights, strategic pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to drive customer journey success. Field-based role located in Charlotte and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including expense reports, sales tracking, and required documentation.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel within Charlotte, Concord, Monroe, Lexington, and surrounding area; no relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to adapt to new applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time, including visits with customer accounts and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related field; strong preference for experience with medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or similar healthcare verticals.
  • Strong aptitude for sales, aesthetics, and high performance in consultative/relationship-based roles.
  • Proven ability to grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term relationships.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types.
