Role Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager to join a field sales team in Tampa South, leading sales efforts in the territory, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives. Responsible for delivering product insights, pricing strategies, and promotional solutions to enhance the Evolus customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and an understanding of the value proposition
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including expense reports and sales tracking
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in alignment with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned
- This is a field-based position in Tampa South and the surrounding area

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driverβΓΓ΄s license
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications
- Willingness to travel up to 50βΓΓ¬75% of the time, including regular in-person visits and events
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in aesthetics/beauty or luxury consumer products; national accounts or brand partnerships
- Experience launching and scaling new products in competitive markets
- Experience negotiating high-value contracts with national retail or healthcare chains
- Understanding of loyalty programs, subscriptions, and digital engagement strategies
- Data-driven decision-making using CRM analytics and market metrics
- Established industry network in aesthetics, dermatology, or med-spa channels
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations
Senior AEM Requirements (external Candidates)
- Above AEM criteria plus minimum of 3 years of field experience selling injectables in aesthetics
- Proven success in driving sales growth and developing key customer relationships
- Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectable products, and competitive dynamics
- Strong strategic and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers
- Ability to lead within a territory and mentor peers as needed
