Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM)/ Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager to join a high-performing field sales team. You will be a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio. You will lead sales efforts in North Arizona territory, cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and strive to exceed sales objectives. You will deliver product insights, pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the Evolus customer journey. This is a field-based role in North Arizona and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the value proposition
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including expense reports, sales tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities to drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned
  • Note: This is a field-based position in North Arizona, West Valley and surrounding areas; no relocation assistance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically adept with the ability to embrace new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the aesthetics market or related healthcare verticals preferred
  • Candidates with less experience but strong aptitude for sales and aesthetics are encouraged to apply
