Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager β€šΓ„Γ¬ LA Metro is a field-based sales role focused on promoting Evolus aesthetics portfolio, leading sales efforts in the LA Metro territory, cultivating strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales objectives. The role involves delivering product insights, strategic pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value proposition
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and other duties as assigned
  • This is a field-based position in LA Metro and surrounding area; must live in territory
  • Up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% travel for in-person visits, territory coverage, regional meetings, and occasional national events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related fields; strong preference
  • Strong aptitude for sales, aesthetics passion, and proven consultative or relationship-based sales performance
  • Ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with initiative
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Requirements

  • Travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time (as above)
