Responsibilities: authoring and revising SOPs, executing controlled experiments, performing validation and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating cross-functionally. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years or Master’s degree with up to 2 years of GMP laboratory experience; strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and bioprocessing (e.g., fermentation, protein purification); proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office; excellent organizational, communication, and training skills.
