Advanced Research Associate

Role: Advanced Research Associate focused on developing and improving spatial biology products utilizing ISH/IHC assays. Responsibilities include designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, producing technical documentation, and supporting product commercialization within R&D. Collaborates cross-functionally and contributes to quality system objectives. Qualifications: B.S. in molecular or cell biology or related field, with 3+ years of industry experience (or M.S. with less experience). Skills include microscopy, assay development, image analysis, and experience with spatial biology platforms and tissue staining instruments; familiarity with design control and GLP/GxP environments. Preferred: experience with Leica Bond Rx, Roche Discovery systems, Lunaphore COMET, Akoya Phenocycler Fusion, and electronic lab notebooks. Work involves lab and office environments, using microscopes, lab equipment, and biological samples, with PPE required. Physical requirements include prolonged sitting/standing, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
