Advanced Research Associate - Aseptic Processing

Role: Advanced Research Associate supporting manufacturing and development of Bio-Techne's products, with a focus on process execution, SOP revision, and quality compliance. Responsibilities: execute controlled experiments, perform validation activities, author and review GMP documentation, troubleshoot process issues, lead process improvements, and ensure regulatory adherence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in a relevant field with 3–5 years of GMP lab experience or Master’s with up to 2 years; strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, aseptic filling, and media fills; proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office; capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
