Advanced Research Associate- Aseptic Processing

Role: Advanced Research Associate supporting manufacturing and development of Bio-Techne's product portfolio, focusing on process execution, optimization, and compliance within GMP environments. Responsibilities: authoring and revising SOPs, conducting controlled experiments for new product development, performing validation activities, and leading investigations into process issues; facilitating process improvements and ensuring adherence to quality standards; collaborating cross-functionally and training new staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years or Master's with up to 2 years GMP laboratory experience; strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, aseptic filling, and cleanroom operations; proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office; excellent organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills. High-value: GMP manufacturing, aseptic processes, media fills, validation, controlled experiments, microbiology and cleanroom protocols. Work setup: onsite during business hours with occasional extended hours; physical ability to work in controlled environments, handle equipment, and lift up to 25 lbs.
