Role: Manufacturing Technician supporting high-quality biopharmaceutical product production within Bio-Techne's Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics divisions. Responsibilities: perform complex manufacturing processes, operate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, develop new procedures, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, document processes, and mentor junior technicians. Requirements: High School diploma or associate degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience; or a 4-year science degree with no experience. Skills: ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently and in teams, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
