Advanced Lab Assistant

Role: Laboratory technician supporting Protein Sciences, focused on cell culture harvesting, concentration, and preparation for protein and antibody production, including cGMP processes. Responsibilities: operate sterilization and labware equipment, prepare solutions/media, perform media harvesting, maintain documentation, assist with equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. Requirements: high school diploma or associate degree with 1-2 years’ related lab experience; knowledge of lab equipment, safety protocols, and problem-solving; strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; manual dexterity and ability to lift 40 lbs.
