Delivery Services Customer Service Rep’s primary objective is to resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints, frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine the best use of resources. Maintains statistics for departmental reporting. Provides continuous phone and email interaction with customers, vendors, co-workers, and carriers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage resolutions of customer inquiries or complaints; research and resolve issues with mail, packages, lost or mis-delivered shipments.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks: process letters/packages, internal pick-up requests, rush deliveries, and Staples download.
- Document data and maintain information files by entering/recording/storing/mapping information in written or electronic form.
- Investigate documents and record errors found while resolving customer issues.
- Provide backup for package receiving, mail center, specialists, or other areas as needed.
- Complete required training to support area functions.
- Support departmental systems and/or scanning equipment.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to coordinate operational enhancements.
- Provide input toward departmental goals and long-range planning.

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED; able to read, understand, and enter information into training records and IT systems in English.
- 1–3 years Delivery Services or related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., walk, stand, stoop, and climb ladders; handle heavy packages.
- Valid driver’s license when operating company vehicles on public roadways.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; adaptable to change; able to perform independently.
