Role Summary

Administrative Coordinator, Global CVRM, based in Boston Seaport. Support the VP Commercial and Global Franchise Head for Baxdrostat and their team across strategic locations in the US and UK. This role involves proactive administrative support, coordinating complex meetings, travel, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to enable the global CVRM Baxdrostat program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage extensive diaries, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange virtual meetings and videoconferences, and handle complex travel arrangements including visas.
  • Organize and prepare materials for key meetings, attend team and project meetings, support agenda preparation, take minutes, and track actions.
  • Collaborate with managers on budgets, run monthly reports, track T&E, process expenses, and raise purchase orders.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for the department using MS Teams, Coupa, Concur, Box, and SharePoint; engage confidently across all levels of the organization.
  • Utilize strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to build networks and support colleagues; apply influencing skills to develop solutions and drive efficiencies.
  • Work independently and adapt to changing demands with flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years of administrative experience; strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact confidently with executives; ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; flexibility to adapt to changing needs and deadlines; strong time-management; experience in a fast-paced global environment; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree; experience supporting C-Suite or senior leaders within the pharmaceutical industry; strong IT skills and prior use of MS Teams, Coupa, Concur, BOX/SPOL; experience supporting staff with software updates; experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare or AstraZeneca environments.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
