Responsibilities:
- Support senior leaders and teams; serve as a flexible resource across Market Access projects as priorities shift
- Support compliant document management and record-keeping per company policies and applicable regulations
- Manage schedules, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel/expense coordination for the Head of Market Access
- Assist Market Access managers with daily administrative needs
- Help prepare presentations and other materials as needed
- Coordinate CDAs, Consulting Agreements, and other documents via DocuSign
- Act as a key administrative user for Market Access systems (e.g., Veeva, SharePoint) to support data accuracy and organization
- Assist with training and onboarding for new team members
- Maintain and organize the Market Access SharePoint site
- Support payer-related activities (e.g., advisory boards, payer meetings, workshops, internal access meetings)
- Help manage vendor interactions/meetings related to market access, pricing, analytics, and access operations

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in biopharmaceutical/life sciences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structure
- Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to build trust and effective working relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail/accuracy
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Veeva

Compensation:
- US Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
