Role Summary

Join Novartis as an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Radioligand Therapy (RLT). The TLL engages Thought Leaders and key influencers within the RLT therapeutic area to curate advocacy, support HCP education, and gather insights from the Thought Leader community in their assigned geographic area. Location coverage includes the Central region with up to 80% travel; remote work within the territory is possible.

Responsibilities

  • Curate advocacy for brand(s) and RLT by engaging TLs, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and serving as a key contact between TLs and the organization.
  • Educate and align TLs to strategic imperatives and drive brand initiatives; contribute to HCP education through speaker nomination and readiness.
  • Moderate/facilitate educational activities (e.g., Peer Exchange).
  • Identify and execute educational opportunities (e.g., Product Theaters) and gather TL insights to inform commercial strategy.
  • Liaise with national/regional conferences, state society meetings, and patient advocacy events as appropriate.
  • Coordinate TL interactions across the organization to deliver a cohesive customer experience during events.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree in a related field.
  • Required: β€šΓ’β€’5 years of Thought Leader/Center of Excellence engagement experience in pharma (e.g., TLL, Account Manager, MSL, regional marketing, medical publications, etc.).
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Required: Proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Required: Ability to develop and implement key strategies and to lead, motivate, develop, and influence others.
  • Required: Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve.
  • Required: Financial/budgetary experience.
  • Required: Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.

Desirable

  • Radioligand or Oncology therapeutic area experience/expertise.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
