Role Summary

Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Radioligand Therapy (RLT) responsible for engaging and building productive relationships with Thought Leaders and other key influencers within the RLT therapeutic area. The role includes curating advocacy and support, contributing to HCP education delivery, and gathering and sharing insights from the Thought Leader community in the assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities

  • Curate advocacy for respective brand(s), RLT and/or the organization through personal engagements using approved material, by coordinating and facilitating engagements between Thought Leaders and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Peer education, Medical Affairs), and by serving as a key contact between Thought Leaders and the organization.
  • Educate and align Thought Leaders to strategic imperatives, accountable for pulling through brand initiatives with Thought Leaders; contribute to HCP education by speaker nomination and readiness in partnership with Education Delivery Team and Medical Affairs.
  • Serve as moderator/faculty for educational activities (e.g., Peer Exchange).
  • Identify and execute educational activities/opportunities (e.g., Product Theaters); gather observations/insights from Thought Leaders and triage to appropriate function to inform commercial strategy, tactics, and decisions.
  • Liaise and coordinate national/regional conferences, state society meetings, and patient advocacy events as appropriate.
  • Align across the organization to coordinate Thought Leader interactions and deliver a cohesive customer experience during events.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Thought Leader/Center of Excellence engagement within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Thought Leader Liaison, Account Manager, Medical Science Liaison, regional marketing, medical publications/communications, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of time
  • Proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to develop and implement key strategies, and to lead, motivate, develop, and influence others
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve
  • Financial/budgetary experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment

Desirable

  • Radioligand or Oncology therapeutic area experience/expertise
  • MBA or advanced degree

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
