Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day coordination point across business stakeholders, brands, functions, Data Partnerships, and data partner/vendor technical teams (including DEO/IM DnA).
- Support smooth technical onboarding with DEO, aligning on data formats, metadata, delivery requirements, catalog inputs, and readiness milestones.
- Provide post-go-live technical operations support: monitor ingestion, confirm data is flowing correctly, track pipeline performance, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain and manage a centralized data issue tracker (technical and business issues) with visibility, ownership, validation, and closure.
- Coordinate timely data quality issue resolution; prioritize risks, escalate recurring issues, and provide actionable insights to Data Partnerships leadership.
- Support working-level data partner/vendor technical relationship management (touchpoints, delivery follow-up, issue triage, escalation, performance discussions).
- Track SLA adherence and delivery performance; proactively flag risks and opportunities to improve reliability.
- Maintain data documentation, metadata, catalog updates, onboarding progress, delivery health metrics, and back-end process tracking.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in related field required; Master of Science and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- 7+ yearsβ experience in pharma/healthcare/technology/data/analytics/data partner/vendor operations/data engineering coordination/consulting.
- Experience with technical onboarding, ongoing vendor management, data delivery/ingestion readiness, metadata alignment, catalog inputs, file formats, delivery requirements, and operational handoffs.
- Strong understanding of data quality, pipelines, issue tracking, SLA management, documentation, metadata, and inventory processes.
- Ability to coordinate in a fast-paced matrix environment with strong escalation and follow-through.
- Ability to manage centralized trackers/dashboards and delivery health metrics with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication: translate technical issues into operational implications, risks, decisions, and next steps.
