Technical Strategist

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 tenant, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Define/evolve M365/Power Platform/SharePoint technical strategy; align capabilities with organizational goals.
- Lead governance and lifecycle management for tenant-wide services and solutions.
- Architect scalable, secure, sustainable M365 solutions (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.); review Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for reusability and compliance.
- Guide SharePoint architecture for intranet, collaboration, and content management.
- Identify Microsoft ecosystem trends to drive innovation; develop frameworks/best practices for citizen development and low-code/no-code.
- Champion automation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance models, security policies, and compliance standards; partner with security/compliance teams for data protection and regulatory adherence.
- Serve as a technical mentor; foster cross-functional collaboration across IT, business units, and external partners.

Qualifications / Required Skills
- 10+ years enterprise IT experience with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Proven technical strategy, architecture, and governance experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services, identity management, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-600, PL-600, MS-102, SC-300) preferred.

Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- Princeton, NJ: $169,150–$204,970 (FTE).
- Additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-dependent).
