Role Summary
Role: AD Productivity Ecosystem Architect. Lead the strategic direction, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 tenant, Power Platform, and SharePoint environments. Shape the technical roadmap, drive adoption, and ensure alignment with enterprise productivity goals. Location: Princeton, NJ, US.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and evolve the technical strategy for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
- Lead governance and lifecycle management for tenant-wide services and solutions.
- Architecture & Design
- Architect scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions across M365 workloads (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Review Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with a focus on reusability and compliance.
- Guide SharePoint architecture for intranet, collaboration, and content management.
- Innovation & Enablement
- Identify emerging capabilities and trends within the Microsoft ecosystem to drive innovation.
- Develop frameworks and best practices for citizen development and low-code/no-code adoption.
- Champion automation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance models, security policies, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data protection and regulatory adherence.
- Mentorship & Collaboration
- Serve as a technical mentor to platform engineers and solution architects.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across IT, business units, and external partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in technical strategy, architecture, and governance.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services, identity management, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-600, MS-102, SC-300) are a plus.
