Associate Director, P2P Operations

Responsibilities:
- Serve as US operational lead and subject matter expert for HCP/patient speaker programs, speaker trainings, advisory boards, and consulting engagements across all brands.
- Lead a team providing operational oversight for FFS engagement processes (approvals, screening, contracting, vendor support, reporting, compliance monitoring).
- Optimize end-to-end operating model; raise solutions to challenges and adjust to leadership direction.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team; set expectations and drive accountability.
- Act as primary POC for brands/internal partners; ensure compliant, effective execution.
- Serve as SME on policies/SOPs/compliance standards and industry best practices.
- Drive improvements to enhance speaker/attendee experience; track KPIs (participant satisfaction, issue resolution time, cycle time, cost savings).
- Maintain resource materials (FAQs, work instructions, training guides) and create executive-ready reports/tools.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and cross-functional collaboration (Brands, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, vendors).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years in pharma/biopharma field operations, medical affairs, or commercial program management.
- Experience leading P2P programs/advisory boards/speaker programs; ability to influence leaders/stakeholders.
- Strong compliance/regulatory understanding; ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, event management, and reporting tools.

Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or related); multi-region P2P experience; analytics/ROI familiarity; centralized US Customer Engagement/Commercial Ops experience; people leadership; executive-level communications.
