AD, P2P Operations Lead

Role: Associate Director, P2P Operations, serving as the US operational lead for professional engagement activities, including speaker programs, advisory boards, and consulting engagements. Responsibilities: lead operational oversight of approval, screening, contracting, vendor support, reporting, and compliance; optimize end-to-end processes; develop and mentor a team; serve as primary contact for brand and internal stakeholders; ensure adherence to Takeda policies, SOPs, and industry standards; drive operational improvements and develop resource materials; create stakeholder reports and insights; coordinate cross-functional governance involving Legal, Compliance, and vendors. Requirements: 5+ years in pharma/biopharma operations, medical affairs, or commercial program management; experience in P2P or speaker programs with stakeholder engagement skills; strong knowledge of compliance/regulatory landscape; project management and communication proficiency; familiarity with CRM and reporting tools. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, PharmD), experience with multi-region P2P programs, analytics skills, leadership experience, and executive communication capabilities. Limited travel (~10%) to support stakeholder and vendor activities. Location: Massachusetts, Virtual; full-time, exempt.
