AD, P2P Operations Lead

Role: Associate Director, P2P Operations, leading US professional engagement activities such as speaker programs, advisory boards, and consulting engagements within the biopharma sector. Responsibilities include optimizing operational models, overseeing compliance and approvals, managing a team, and serving as the primary contact for brand partners to ensure compliant, efficient program execution. The role involves strategic oversight, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration across legal, ethics, and vendor teams, and developing resource materials and reporting tools. Qualifications: 5+ years in biopharma or healthcare operations, medical affairs, or commercial program management; experience leading P2P or speaker programs; strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and industry standards; excellent project management and communication skills; proficiency with CRM and reporting tools. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, PharmD), experience with multi-region programs, analytics expertise, leadership experience, and senior stakeholder communication skills. The position is remote in Massachusetts with up to 10% travel, offering a salary range of $154,400–$242,550, along with benefits including incentives, insurance, 401(k), and paid leave.
