The Associate Director, Foundation Therapeutics Platform (FTP) Patient Access Operations will lead the operational design, implementation, and management of end-to-end partner relationship processes to maximize partner performance and provide service to internal and external stakeholders. Manages FTP program processes and external partners (e.g., Hub partners, copay partners, non-commercial pharmacy partners, specialty pharmacies). Liaises with the internal case management team to ensure optimal execution of program business rules.

How you will contribute:
- Serve as FTP Patient Services Operations subject matter expert (SME) and educate stakeholders
- Primary contact for FTP service providers (internal/external) to ensure strong relationships and aligned vendor operations
- Manage service vendors with accountability for program operations, budget management, partner relationships, and contracting
- Develop metrics to track and assess program performance
- Coordinate with Data Aggregator partners, IT, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to negotiate/implement data feeds and improve data quality
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and optimize patient access and customer service
- Create, manage, and maintain program budgets
- Create purchase orders and approve invoices for key partners

Minimum requirements/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD or advanced degree preferred
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience required
- Patient services experience (preferably operational) required
- Specialty Pharmacy operations, Hub management services, or reimbursement experience preferred
- Results-oriented; leadership and ability to influence without authority
- Proven relationship-building with internal/external stakeholders
- Experience developing statements of work and KPIs
- CRM and/or ERP experience, including external data feed/integration and reporting requirements
- Strong communication/presentation, analytical/problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; flexible/adaptable; manage multiple priorities
