Job Summary

Tilray Beverages/Brands Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work closely with the Finance Shared Services team. This is a Full-Time Permanent opportunity based in Atlanta, GA, with expectations of being onsite 4 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit invoices to customers, including daily billing, ad hoc, and billbacks.
• Ensure all payments are properly processed daily and journalized.
• Responsible for daily financial AR reporting, including an aging variance.
• Generate a weekly bank file for weekly auto-withdrawals.
• Initiate and email monthly customer statements, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure that all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounting activities are completed accurately and on time for month-, quarter-, and year-end close.
• Monitor the shared AR inbox and respond within the 24-hour SLA.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliation against the AR subledger.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience required.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are essential, including pivot tables and v/h/xlookups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
• A “Can Do” attitude with respect for others.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team with strong interpersonal skills.
