Accounting Perform Balance sheet analysis, P&L analysis and monthly Balance reconciliations as required Prepare and monthly journals for relevant expenses Review Internal Control procedures (for SOX compliance) and assist with internal and external audits Assist with the preparation of Management and Statutory Accounts T&E check and follow up with delinquent employees. This includes administrator role of Concur expense system. Other duties as requested Accounts Payable To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Matching and entering supplier invoices through Oracle. Processing payments to suppliers and employees in Oracle. Keep current on process enhancements and work practices and provide support as required. Dealing with supplier queries and reconciling supplier accounts. Reporting on various aspects of the AP balances at month end. Maintaining AP Ledgers and Queries to sustainable levels. Other general accounting duties and projects as appropriate. Account Receivable In the future there will also be an opportunity that person will be involved in the below duties: Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Execute a strong credit control function ensuring debt is collected in a timely manner. Chase outstanding debts by phone, e-mail etc while maintaining full notes of collection activities undertaken. Investigate On Hold customer orders with a view to resolving them by negotiation with the customer and other departments to facilitate release. Liaise and communicate with internal departments (Customer Service / Sales / IS) as required in order to resolve outstanding queries and keep high level of customer satisfaction. Provide reporting on various aspects of the AR function (Bad debt provision, collection forecast, dispute log).
