Account Supervisor is responsible for independently leading daily account activities for assigned brand(s), including strategic planning, marketing communication development, tactical implementation, and collaboration with agency partners. Ensures client satisfaction through quality work and responsiveness to meet business objectives. May manage direct reports depending on business needs.

Major Responsibilities
- Understand annual brand objectives and strategies to execute aligned initiatives
- Create comprehensive multimedia communication plans through strategic/creative collaboration with internal teams
- Lead creation of client deliverables from initiation to completion (timely, within budget, strategically aligned)
- Provide clear communication to verify account status, meetings, and deliverables progress toward objectives
- Partner with clients/internal teams to review promotional review process for efficiency and accuracy
- Master brand/product knowledge and category/market dynamics to support strategic discussions
- Cultivate client relationships as a trusted agency partner
- Serve as point of contact for account issues and escalate when higher-level intervention is needed
- Supervise, support, and foster development of assigned team members
- Create, oversee, and report job estimates and budgets within client parameters while adhering to financial/procurement protocols

Qualifications
- 6+ years pharmaceutical advertising agency experience; proven client service; previous supervision of account team
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent business experience in pharmaceutical/related industry)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and review platforms such as Veeva
- Strong written/verbal communication, presentation skills, understanding of science/healthcare, knowledge of promotional review procedures, multitasking/prioritization, attention to detail, persistent follow-up
