Account Sales Representative

Role: Account Sales Representative (ASR) supporting Natera's Women's Health portfolio in Salt Lake City and Southern Utah, focused on driving market adoption and revenue growth through direct sales to MFMs and OB/GYNs. Responsibilities include supporting Clinical Field Specialists in closing business, maintaining customer relationships, assessing client needs, and promoting product launches. The role emphasizes customer service, strategic planning, and compliance adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in medical or biological sciences; proven success in achieving sales goals; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Compensation: $95,000—$115,000 OTE with uncapped commissions, car allowance, and RSUs.
