Role: Account Operations Specialist supporting clinical product clonoSEQ, ensuring exceptional customer experience in the Central Region. Responsibilities: facilitate provider onboarding, manage order access and inventory, build and maintain customer relationships, collaborate with Clinical Services, and support patient follow-up. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ relevant experience; prior client services or customer support experience preferred; strong communication, organizational, analytical, and data entry skills; understanding of HIPAA; proactive, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
