Account Operations Manager (West Region)

Role: Account Operations Manager focused on integrating and supporting Adaptive's clonoSEQ Assay in healthcare settings. Responsibilities include managing institution-specific onboarding, developing diagnostic workflows, supporting EMR integration, and providing clinical and operational support to ensure seamless assay adoption. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical teams, and healthcare providers to optimize workflows, educate stakeholders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or Master’s degree with 5+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or diagnostics/biotech, with strong knowledge of hematologic diseases, MRD testing, EMR/EHR systems, and complex healthcare workflows. Preferred: 2–4 years’ experience in regulated healthcare commercial roles. High-value specifics: Supporting hematologic disease diagnostics, MRD testing, in diverse healthcare organizations, supporting clinical workflows, EMR integration, and customer education. Work setup: Supporting the West Region, PST hours, with 15–20% travel.
