Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, Primary Care, allied health professionals, and support staff.
- Increase screening of Post-Partum Depression (PPD) and drive PPD-focused initiatives.
- Impact PPD treatment pathways in affiliated health groups and systems.
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Communicate clinical data, protocols, screening/treatment pathways, market access policies, and patient support services to HCPs and key stakeholders.
- Identify and support educational needs and align product offerings to meet evolving HCP needs compliantly.
Field/Territory:
- Field-based role covering Macon, Columbus, Stateboro, and Albany, GA. Ideal candidate lives in Macon or Columbus, GA.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of pharma/specialty/hospital/biotech sales required.
- Strong Women’s Health and launch experience preferred.
- Account Management/Group Practice/GPO experience preferred.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success (e.g., Top 30% ranking for 2+ years, achievement awards).
- Proven ability to drive results in a challenging/ambiguous market.
- Tenacious, collaborative, outside-the-box thinker.
- Customer and patient-focused; identifies challenges and achieves results with minimal guidance.
- Support and promote a culture of compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record required.
- Must reside in territory.
