Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain proficiency in relevant disease states, patient/clinic experience, market landscape, and product.
- Drive company revenue by achieving sales/marketing objectives.
- Serve as primary commercial interface with key accounts; accountable for overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of and relationships with key accounts and stakeholders (e.g., physicians, nurses, office staff, management).
- Establish and execute business plans for key accounts aligned with national strategy/resources; lead key account strategy discussions with leadership.
- Assess treatment patterns and referral networks affiliated with key accounts.
- Collaborate compliantly with stakeholders (community engagement, patient services, medical affairs, operations) to achieve account objectives.
- Share knowledge with teammates; use approved resources effectively.
- Communicate routinely with Regional Sales Director; share field insights with home-office team and participate in internal workshops/insight readouts; bring forward innovative engagement tactics.
- Operate with professional integrity in alignment with company culture/values.

Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 4+ years biotech/pharma sales and account management.
- Preferred: experience in Nephrology, Hematology/Oncology and/or rare disease markets; transplant and hospital/IDN experience valued.
- Preferred: product launch experience.

Knowledge/Skills
- Proven sales success; ability to create and execute customer/account plans.
- Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Learning agility (including engaging virtually); comfort with ambiguity; solution-focused.
- Integrity and understanding of pharma rules/regulations.
- Must live in territory; comply with applicable credentialing requirements.

Travel
- Up to 75% domestic travel, including overnights.

Pay Information
- Target base salary range: $138,000–$200,000.
