Responsibilities: drive demand, build long-term stakeholder relationships, collaborate with internal teams, forecast sales, and maintain CRM discipline. Qualifications: Bachelor's in chemistry, biology, or related science; 1+ years in scientific instrumentation sales or laboratory experience; knowledge of chromatography/MS workflows; proven ability in hunter sales, managing complex cycles, and negotiation. Preferred: 3+ years in analytical instrumentation sales, experience in academic/research markets, track record of exceeding sales targets. High-Value: focus on analytical workflows within biotech, pharma, academic research, and environmental sectors; strong emphasis on customer-facing, technical understanding, and field travel (~75%, up to three weeks/month). Work setup: full-time, remote option, with significant travel; compensation range approximately $110K-$184K plus bonuses and stock.
