Summary
- Position and sell the Pacira portfolio within an assigned territory; use pharmacological/technical knowledge and product value propositions to meet/exceed sales objectives and defined territory revenue.

Responsibilities
- Identify target markets using account-based operations and reporting tools/dashboards.
- Exceed corporate revenue objectives in a specified geography.
- Work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, healthcare providers, and pharmacy to drive portfolio adoption.
- Develop and maintain expertise on all products.
- Manage time to increase sales productivity and execute tactical sales activities.
- Participate with Regional Director in strategic/tactical planning.
- Update/document account information in Veeva.
- Demonstrate expertise in the hospital/ASC/office conversion process.
- Develop and execute sales and retention strategies for target markets/customers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with physicians and practice staff to close business and minimize obstacles.
- Manage territory with office visits; provide education on services and enhancements/new advances.
- Communicate opportunities, market trends, and issues to leadership; prepare and present insights regularly.
- Manage expense budgets.
- Keep up to date on clinical data and discuss/present it with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 1+ year direct selling to hospitals/healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/device/healthcare industry required.
- 1+ year OR selling experience preferred.

Required skills/abilities
- Excellent written/oral English; strong presentation skills.
- Ability to complete hospital credentialing to gain facility access.
- CRM tools experience required; proficiency with MS Office and web/mobile applications.
- Travel extensively (up to ~90%); valid driverโ€™s license and safe driving record.
- Live in or near designated territory.
