Account Liaison I

Role: Account Liaison supporting molecular testing for cancer and other diseases at Caris Life Sciences, primarily managing specimen acquisition, case setup, discrepancy resolution, and client communication. Responsibilities: facilitate accurate and timely case processing, resolve discrepancies, answer client inquiries, analyze testing data, and maintain regulatory compliance. Build client relationships through proactive, professional engagement, and support lab and clinical teams in resolving issues. Requirements: high school diploma; 1-3 years in client services or healthcare support, proficient in MS Office, healthcare terminology, and HIPAA; experience in a laboratory, physician, or hospital setting preferred.
