Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline generation through self-sourced prospecting and inbound opportunities; execute structured cadences and multi-touch outreach (phone, email, social) to engage ICP accounts while partnering with Marketing and SDRs to maximize conversion.
- Use AI-powered prospecting tools and sales intelligence platforms to identify and engage high-value B2B target accounts at scale.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with real-time forecast accuracy and rigorous CRM hygiene.
- Build relationships across organizational levels with decision makers and internal champions.
- Conduct discovery to uncover prospect goals and pain points, mapping them to Green Street solutions.
- Articulate product value, including how solutions improve outcomes and address gaps vs. alternatives.
- Develop expertise in products, pricing, and competitive landscape; handle objections with confidence.
- Demonstrate urgency, initiative, and a bias toward action to acquire new customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices, surface market insights, and drive customer success.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR or full-cycle AE) in SaaS, fintech, information services, data/analytics, or related high-growth sector; track record of pipeline generation and closing net-new business.
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, AI-assisted prospecting tools, intent/signal data, conversation intelligence); fast to adopt new technology.
- Proven quota attainment/exceeding quota.
- Comfortable operating without rigid geographic territories; prioritize accounts by ICP fit, buying signals, and opportunity.
- Working understanding of financial concepts in client decision-making.
- Infrastructure domain familiarity is a plus; ability to learn specialized domains is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience and performance).
- Flexible hybrid model: 3 in-person collaborative days/week at the New York office; accommodations available for accessibility needs.
